Larry Barrentine is a professional real estate agent with twelve-plus years of experience selling residential
homes in Arkansas and Tennessee. In the past, Larry served as a real estate broker in Little Rock,
Arkansas and then in Bartlett, Tennessee. In 2018 Larry became a licensed real estate agent again and
started listing and selling homes in Hot Springs, Arkansas. One of his major accomplishments in Real
Estate has been the completion of Winans Hills Patio Homes Subdivision in Hot Springs. With his sales
efforts, 28 lots have been sold, mainly through the sales of new homes in Winans Hills Patio Homes.
In addition to his real estate career, Larry worked in telecommunications for twenty years on fiber optic
and microwave systems in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Colorado. He
began in sales and marketing then moved into fiber optic route development in the 1980s and 1990s. In
2000 he began a web development company that hosts hundreds of websites for clients nationwide.
Larry has an extensive background in finance and, if needed, finds creative ways to help clients reach
their real estate goals. He is a problem solver and gets results that meet his client’s expectations. He is
